Our online planning tool is a fabulous tool to help you build a playlist and send us all of the information we need to make your event a success. Your DJ/Wedding DJ will have all the info about your event. It’s a great way to stay organized and keep all of your information stored in one place. The system consists of three main sections:
Event Timeline – Create and submit the schedule of events.
Planning Form – Send all of the information for special songs and announcements.
Music Database – Build a playlist for your event, including “must play” and “do not play” lists.

On the day of your event, we arrive 1 1/2-2 hours before the start of the event. We pride ourselves on making our set-up clean and neat to blend with your decor. All cords and speaker stands are concealed with the use of scrims and velcro for a sleek, classy appearance. There may be instances where we have to run a cord to an outlet and we will conceal those with tape which is also for safety purposes.
